Dear Beloved,
Emotions have to do with feelings that have to do with relationships success or failure. Many people are emotionally driven in life and therefore they wind up wherever there emotions blow them to tossed around like a ship on the sea very unstable. Other people dominate their emotions with the fruits of the spirit that comes from GOD and do not allow their emotion’s to blow them off course. What kind of person are you? Will you let your feelings and emotions steer you away from the blessed destiny GOD has called you to that deep down inside you know is true?
I encourage you to not allow the feelings and emotions caused by other people and life events to blow you away from the blessed destiny that you know GOD has called you to in Him. See, how we treat GOD and one another will impact our feelings and emotions in such a profound way. To prosper and be in health emotionally all begins with our faithfulness to our King JESUS and then from there we will be enabled to love others and be loyal to them in respect and goodness creating a domino effect of good emotions. Some may call it “good vibrations”.
Emotions are contagious. You ever get around someone with bad feelings and emotions? How did they make you feel? Like not wanting to be around them, right? Emotions / Feelings will either help to build up or destroy our lives. The closer we are in steady worship to GOD through faith in His Son JESUS the Lord the better and more stable our emotions will be empowering us to have good emotions and love to share with others.
Faithfulness to a GOD who loves us is key to prospering emotionally. Just like a married person loves and feels good when they know that their spouse is faithful (good, honoring, loving, committed, eyes only for them) then they feel good and their emotions are at peace. So it is with our GOD when we are all the above to Him and our hearts are right with Him in the sense that we hate what is evil and are ever turning away from it and we love what is right and just in His sight following His ways and denying the devils, GOD loves that and that makes Him feel good. WE CAN MAKE GOD FEEL GOOD AND BE EMOTIONALLY HAPPY.
Every time it rains I think of GOD crying from Heaven. He made us in His image and He has emotions like us. He loves us and desires what’s best for us. When us His creation dishonor Him and cheat on Him by dishonoring one another and being driven with the lusts of our evil nature carried down from generations through Adam unplugging himself from GOD and plugging into the evil force of Lucifer, how do you think that makes The Lord feel?
Like when we take His Word He had man write to help us prosper in life eternally and we say it’s not good enough and it’s not welcome in our schools and in our society and then we expel it from court houses and the judicial system how do you think that makes GOD feel emotionally?
How would you feel if you loved somebody like your spouse and they pretended to love you but behind your back went and loved somebody else like as in sleeping with them or lusting after them with their heart and eyes, how would you feel emotionally? You would be torn up inside and at unrest right? That’s how the Lord feels when we go after evil things like smoking, drinking liquor to get drunk, doing drugs to get high, hating one another, dishonoring each other, hurting one another, stealing, lying etc. We break GODs heart and hurt the only one who truly LOVES US unconditionally.
On the other hand we make GOD feel so good emotionally and we put Him at rest when we love and do good in this world through believing in His only begotten Son JESUS and obeying His Word called the Holy Bible. Friends today, right now I encourage you if you haven’t already, to make JESUS the Lord of your life. Call on Him and ask Him to come into you and save you, forgiving you of all sin and helping you to live a life pleasing to Him. This is the only way to be made right with GOD and enabled to live in a way that makes GOD emotionally happy that will ultimately lead to us being emotionally at peace and feeling good here in this life and throughout all eternity.
