<>Encouraging Letter<>

Dear Healthy One,

   Faith is the hand that receives from the Lord. A lot of times not always the reason we don’t receive what we have believed and asked for is because we pull our hand away too soon through doubting, fear and unbelief. Doubt, fear and unbelief will destroy the plans of GOD for our lives that are good plans that involve us being healthy and blessed.

Hebrews 6:12

¹²In order that you may not grow disinterested and become [spiritual] sluggards, but imitators, behaving as do those who through faith (by their leaning of the entire personality on God in Christ in absolute trust and confidence in His power, wisdom, and goodness^[a]) and by practice of patient endurance and waiting are [now] inheriting the promises.

   Friends, you have great potential and divine destiny within you. You are here on this earth at such a time as this for a real reason that’s bigger than playing, having fun, working, going to school and eating, drinking, sleeping, etc. Our purpose is made known through continual constant vital connection to GOD, (the true and living GOD of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and Joseph). This connection is only made through faith in His Word none other than the Bible and His Son JESUS Christ who died to be the connector of us to GOD. Without Him we are separate from the Lord and never fulfill our divine purpose just like a computer without the cord being plugged into the power source will not fulfill its purpose.

    

   I usually save the best for last but had to mention that first today. Right now I’m going to get into some deep stuff regarding why GOD didn’t or doesn’t do what we pray and ask for all the time mainly in the area of healing and health.

   Now then let’s say we are praying for healing in ours or someone else’s body and after we prayed in the name of JESUS the Lord and believe, the healing miracle takes place. Wow how stoked are we? Praise GOD hallelujah! It happened how we expected, amazing, I love when these things happen and they do. I was healed from some crazy stuff by the power of GOD and I know Him as my healer as well as provider. However what happens when we or someone we know doesn’t get healed how we expected and things don’t go our way?

   This is a tough subject but we must have faith and believe what the Word of GOD says regardless of what things in the natural do appear to be. We see only with the natural eyes a lot of times, however GOD sees all. He sees and knows what’s best. Our job isn’t to figure everything out in life, if we think it is and we try to we will be frustrated a lot and waist precious time and energy possibly turning away from a living, loving GOD who longs to be good to us!

  See the secret things belong to GOD but what’s revealed belongs to us  (Deuteronomy 29:29) What He has chosen to reveal to us in His Word regarding Healing and health is very clear and evident that GOD desires us healthy and well. There are so many scriptures to back this, one of my favorite is from; Isaiah 53:5  “Surely He hath borne our sicknesses [kholee, infirmities], and carried our sorrows [makob, pains, diseases]. "...by His wounds we are healed." (The Greek word "iaomai" is used 28 times in the Bible, always meaning physical healing.) Now notice this is a past tense action and present tense reality. We draw upon this healing by believing and taking GOD at His Word without wavering like a wave on the sea.

    

   It also says in 1 Peter 2:24 that by Jesus stripes we are healed. In Jeremiah 29:11 we see that GOD says that He knows the plans He has for us, plans to prosper us and give us a hope and a future. If you have kids would you desire them healthy and healed or sick and unhealthy? Dome question hah? See we are His adopted kids and GOD our heavenly Father wants us healthy and whole physically and yet even greater He desires us healthy and whole spiritually close to Him in heaven eternally. Sometimes His way of healing someone, is freeing them from this earth suit and giving them a new glorified body in heaven with Him. That’s the best healing for someone if you ask me, but we down here never understand this and sometimes we get angry with the Lord and say WHY DID YOU TAKE EM GOD? It’s really selfishness and doubting that GOD is good and knows what He’s doing.

  The Bible says that GODs ways and thoughts are higher than ours just like the heavens are higher than the earth. Isaiah 55:9 It’s good to have faith in this scripture as we pray and believe GOD for healing or whatever. It’s good to know that His will shall be done beyond what we ask or think GOD will be GOD.

   In closing I desire to really encourage and challenge us all to not be afraid to pray for ourselves and pray for others, standing in faith unwavering believing GOD to heal, deliver, provide and do great things beyond our best imagination. When things happen how we pray amen give Him praise and when they don’t that’s ok still give Him praise. I say we let praise be the heartbeat of our lives whether in health or sickness may praise and thanksgiving to GOD consume our every fiber of our being while we trust and believe the best in Him , ourselves and others.  

   With great faith we can do great things but with little faith we can do little to nothing. Faith calls that which is not as if it is and so it shall be GOD willing. He always has the last say however fighting the good fight of faith laying hold on eternal life is our job and it can be fun while yet challenging at times. Faith pleases our King and comes, increases and is strengthened by hearing and hearing by the Word of the Lord.
